LEGAL - EMI MUST BE PAID (ANDROID GAME)

EMI Must Be Paid needs no account and you can play offline. Your name, age, difficulty and game progress are stored only on your phone and never sent to us. The game shows optional rewarded ads (for example a second chance after bankruptcy or bonus BP) using Google AdMob. When you ask for an ad, Google AdMob collects and uses some device information to serve it, as explained below. Players under 13 see no ads at all.
The app is published by HostSpica Private Limited, India ("HostSpica", "we", "us").
By us: nothing. We run no servers for this game, and we do not receive your name, age, progress or any other data.
By Google AdMob (a third-party service used for ads): the AdMob SDK in the app may collect and process the following to load, show and measure ads, prevent fraud and comply with law:
We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services, and we do not ask for your location, contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone. We do not ask for your email address or phone number in the game.
To let you continue playing, the game saves your progress inside the app's own private storage on your phone: your name, age and chosen difficulty, BP (points), Growth upgrades, unlocked hammers and their mastery, family helpers and gadgets, collected coins and charms, goals and daily missions, cosmetics such as room and piggy colour, and your settings (sound, music, vibration, screen shake).
The Daily Piggy Gift gift uses your phone's local date to know whether you have already claimed today. This date never leaves your phone.
This data is never uploaded, and app backup is turned off, so it is also not copied to a cloud backup by the game. You can erase it at any time from Settings → Reset all progress, by clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the game.
The Settings screen has optional links to hostspica.com (website, privacy policy, support). They open in your phone's browser only if you tap them. If you tap Share my run, the game creates a picture on your phone and hands it to Android's share sheet. Where it goes is your choice, and the game does not send or keep any copy.
We use Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) to show rewarded ads. Google acts under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy and describes how it uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Ads may be personalised where the law and your choices allow it. The game is distributed through Google Play; Google may process information about your download and device according to its own privacy policy. Apart from AdMob, the game uses only open-source components (the Capacitor Android runtime and Android WebView) that do not send data to us.
The game is listed for ages 13 and above. At the start the game asks for an age (stored only on your phone). If the age is under 13, the game does not load or show any ads and the ad SDK is not started. The game has no chat, no user accounts and no purchases, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents who believe a child has entered a wrong age can reset the game in Settings or contact us.
Because we run no servers and there are no accounts, there is no server-side data of ours to protect or leak. Your save data sits in the app's private storage, which Android isolates from other apps. Ad requests are sent by Google's SDK over encrypted connections.
We hold no personal data about you. You control the data on your phone: erase it with Settings → Reset all progress, by clearing the app's storage, or by uninstalling. For data processed by Google AdMob, use your Google and Android privacy controls, or contact Google. If you are in India, the EU/UK or elsewhere and have a privacy question or request, contact us and we will respond under applicable law.
We may update this policy when the game changes. The latest version will always be available at this address, with the "last updated" date shown at the top.
