These terms are a contract between you and HostSpica Private Limited, India ("HostSpica") for the EMI Must Be Paid game ("the Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on your own Android devices for non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold.
Rupees, legacy points, coins, hammers, perks and all other in-game items are fictional. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and cannot be transferred between people.
Progress is saved only on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing its storage, resetting progress in Settings, or losing the phone will remove it, and we cannot restore it because we do not hold a copy. Later versions may change how the Game is balanced, and items or numbers may be adjusted to keep it fair and fun.
EMI Must Be Paid is a work of fiction and humour. Bills, loans, EMIs and bankruptcy in the Game are made-up and are not financial, legal or tax advice. The Game is not connected with any bank, lender, credit bureau or government body, and any similarity to real organisations is coincidental.
The Game is listed for ages 13 and above. If you are under 18, please play with the permission of a parent or guardian.
The Game's code, artwork, animations, music, sound effects, text and design were created by or for HostSpica and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly given to you are reserved.
We may release updates, change or remove features, or stop supporting old Android versions. If a future version adds ads or purchases, its terms and our privacy policy will be updated before release.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or work on every device.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HostSpica is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero for the current free version. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may end this licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of HostSpica Private Limited's registered office in India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
