Delete your account

Delete it in the app (fastest)

• • Open Arrow Away.
• • Tap Settings (the gear on the home screen).
• • Tap Delete account at the bottom, then Delete.

Your account is deleted from our server straight away and the app starts again as a new guest.

Ask us by email

If you uninstalled the game or cannot open it, email us and we will delete the account for you, usually within 7 days. Tell us your player name and, if you signed in with Google, the Google account you used, so we can find the right account.

What gets deleted

• • Your player record: player ID, player name, level, hints, league, weekly score and league results.
• • The link to your Google account, if you signed in.
• • All sign-in sessions on all your phones.
• • Your place in league tables.

We do not keep a copy after deletion. Short-lived system logs at our hosting provider expire on their own. Data processed by Google AdMob, Google Sign-In or Play Games (for example your Play Games achievements) is controlled by Google; manage it from your Google account.

Only want to remove data from one phone?

Use Settings → Sign out, or uninstall the app. Your account stays on our server so you can sign in again later. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
