If you had signed in with Google, open the game, tap Continue with Google and pick the same account: your progress comes back. A guest account cannot be restored after uninstalling, so sign in to keep your progress safe.
Both this phone and your Google account had progress. Pick “Continue level …” to use the account’s progress or “Keep this phone” to replace it with this phone’s. The other one is replaced.
Check your internet connection and that Google Play services are up to date, then try again. If it keeps failing, email us with your phone model and the message you see.
Leagues need internet. You join this week’s group after clearing your first level of the week. Weeks start on Monday at 00:00 UTC (5:30 am in India).
You can hold up to 3 hints. When you have fewer, you earn 1 every 5 levels, 2 for each boss level and up to 3 for a league promotion. When you run out, you can watch an optional video for 1 more.
The reward is given only when the whole video is watched and closed. Check your internet and try again. If a private DNS or ad blocker is on, videos may not load.
Check Settings → Sound and Vibration are on and your phone is not on silent. Sound starts after your first tap.
