LEGAL - ARROW AWAY (ANDROID GAME)
Last updated: October 24, 2026 · Applies to the Arrow Away Android app (package com.hostspica.arrowaway), not to hostspica.com in general
Arrow Away is published by HostSpica Private Limited, India ("HostSpica", "we", "us"). To save your game and run the weekly leagues, the app keeps a small player record on our game server: a random player ID, the player name you choose, your level, hints, league and weekly score, and, only if you sign in, your Google account ID. We do not ask for your email address, phone number, contacts, location or photos.
The game shows optional rewarded videos through Google AdMob, and you can sign in with Google or Google Play Games. Those Google services process data under Google's own policies, as described below. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
When you first open the game it creates a guest account for you automatically. Our server then stores:
We use this data only to save and restore your progress, keep the same progress on your other phones, place you in a league and show league tables, and stop obvious cheating (for example, impossibly fast level jumps). We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.
The game server runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers and D1 database). Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver and protect the service, as described in its privacy policy. Data may be stored and processed outside India. All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS).
The app keeps a copy of your progress and your settings (sound, vibration) in its private storage so the levels work offline. It is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
League tables show the player name, rank and weekly score of the players in your group. To keep every group full while the game is new, leagues also include computer-controlled players. Their scores are generated by the game server and grow during the week. Real players always fill groups first, and computer players are removed as more real players join.
Google acts under its own privacy policy. Apart from these, the app uses only open-source components (the Capacitor Android runtime and Android WebView) that do not send data to us. We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services.
We keep your player record while your account exists. You can delete it at any time in the app from Settings → Delete account: your account, progress, league entry and all sign-in tokens are deleted from our server immediately and the phone starts again as a new guest. Signing out also ends that phone's session. If you cannot open the app, see the Delete account page to ask us by email. Copies in Cloudflare's short-lived system logs expire on their own schedule.
Arrow Away is meant for ages 13 and above and is not directed at children under 13. It has no chat and no purchases, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Traffic is encrypted, sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes, Google sign-ins are checked against Google's signing keys on our server, and the database is reachable only by our game server. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we hold to the minimum the game needs.
You can see your name, progress and league in the game, change your name in Settings, and delete everything with Delete account. If you are in India, the EU/UK or elsewhere and want a copy of your data or have another privacy request, contact us and we will respond under applicable law.
We may update this policy when the game changes. The latest version will always be at this address, with the "last updated" date at the top.
