LEGAL - ARROW AWAY (ANDROID GAME)

These terms are a contract between you and HostSpica Private Limited, India ("HostSpica") for the Arrow Away game ("the Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on your own Android devices for non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold.
The Game creates a guest account to save your progress and place you in leagues; you can link it to Google. You are responsible for your phone and Google account. Your player name is shown to other players, so do not use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or contains personal details. We may change or remove names that break these rules.
Weekly leagues are for fun and have no prizes beyond in-game hints. To keep groups full, leagues include computer-controlled players. We may change league sizes, rules and rewards, and we may correct results affected by bugs or cheating.
Hints, levels, leagues, achievements and all other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and cannot be transferred between people.
The Game is meant for ages 13 and above. If you are under 18, please play with the permission of a parent or guardian.
The Game's code, artwork, animations, sounds, text and design were created by or for HostSpica and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly given to you are reserved.
We may release updates, change or remove features, or stop supporting old Android versions. The Game shows optional rewarded videos; watching one is always your choice, and the reward is given only when the video is watched to the end. If a future version adds purchases, these terms and our privacy policy will be updated before release.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that online features like leagues and cloud save will always be available.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HostSpica is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero for the current free version. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) and uninstalling the Game. We may end this licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of HostSpica Private Limited's registered office in India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
